Agrumato oils are completely different than infused or flavored oils. Here, the flavoring is not an afterthought. Small amounts of olives are actually ground simultaneously with citrus fruit. The Ricci family in Abruzzo harvest the olives by hand, and press them along with a particular citrus fruit using the traditional stone mill. The result is incredible. These oils are packaged in elegant bottles and come with a pouring spout.

Agrumato Lemon Herb begins with the same process as the Agrumato Lemon but subsequently, oregano and garlic are infused. It makes an excellent and aromatic condiment for roasted fish and meats.
