The mill of La Brague in the South of France has built an excellent reputation for producing the very best extra virgin olive oil. Chefs from the finest establishments of the Cote d'Azur prefer this extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.
For 150 years, the successive generations of the Michel family have used traditional methods to produce an outstanding line of olive oils and olive products. The superior quality of their oil comes directly from the olive itself, which is selected by the Master of the Mill, who uses rigorous selection standards to ensure the finest end result. Today, the mill produces between 700 and 1000 tons of olives per year making it the third largest in France.
This fruity extra virgin olive oil has a buttery taste with flavor tones of artichoke and fresh almonds. La Brague Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent on cold salads and in marinades or used to grill, broil or bake poultry or fish.
Each bottle contains approximately 16.9 fluid ounces (50 cl) of Les Moulins de la Brague, Huilerie d'Opio Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Grasse Region of France.
