Flor de Sal Mediterranea by Miguel and Valentino is hand-harvested early in the morning from the salinas in Es Trenc, a town on the southern coast of Majorca, Spain. This all-natural sea salt is considered the premier gourmet seasoning and is an essential ingredient for many chefs.

Flor de Sal, which means Flower of Salt, is unrefined and unbleached to preserve its texture and mineral content.
