In 1903 Tomaso and Addolorata Di Camillo arrived in America from the Abruzzi region of Italy. It was in 1920 with the help of their eleven children that they opened their bakery in Niagara Falls, New York. Today a third and fourth generation are continuing to maintain the standards of excellence that became their trademark.

We are proud to offer the Di Camillo brand of Hot Calabreze Salami made in the U.S.A. with 100% lean pork and air dried. This Salami is a dried sausage that receives an extra flavor boost with the addition of wine and spices.
