In 1903 Tomaso and Addolorata Di Camillo arrived in America from the Abruzzi region of Italy. It was in 1920 with the help of their eleven children that they opened their bakery in Niagara Fall, New York. Today a third and fourth generation are continuing to maintain the standards of excellence that became their trademark.
We are proud to offer the Di Camillo brand of Soppressata made in the U.S.A. with 100% lean pork and air dried. This Soppressata is a sweet dried sausage that receives an extra flavor boost with the addition of wine.
Each Soppressata has a net weight of 10oz.
